Lasten juhlaa Children`s party Kinderparty









Sri Lankassa juhlitaan uutta vuotta 13.4. Se on myös kouluissa juhlan aikaa. Sen jälkeen on koululaisilla lomaa. 
Tässä kuvasarjassa on Rejjipuran Telluschoolin oppilaita esittämässä opettajan johdolla harjoiteltuja ohjelmanumeroita sekä kisaamassa leikkimielisissä peleissä aikuisten kannustaessa kaikkia tasapuolisesti:) 
 
In Sri Lanka New Year is celebrated on 13 April. It is also a time of festivities at schools. After that schoolchildren have holidays.
In this series of photos there are pupils of the Rejjipura Telluschool performing programmes rehearsed in charge of the teacher and playing games, with adults spurring everybody impartially:)

In Sri Lanka wird das Neue Jahr am 13. April gefeiert. Dies ist außerdem eine Zeit der Feste an der Schule . Danach haben die Schulkinder Ferien. In dieser Fotoserie führen die Kinder der Rejjipura Telluschool Programmnummern auf, die die Lehrer mit ihnen eingeübt haben und es werden Spiele gespielt, bei denen die Erwachsenen jedes Kind unparteiisch anspornen 😊



 Pojilla oli esityksessään vuonna 2009 päättyneen sisällissodan teema asuja myöten. 

In their programme the boys with their outfits represented the theme of the Civil War which ended in 2009.

In ihrer Programmnumer stellen die Jungen mit ihren Kostümen den Bürgerkrieg dar, der 2009 beendet wurde.



 Esityksen jälkeen oli mukava pitää lepotaukoa kyläläisten yhteisvoimin tekemässä keinussa.
After the performance, it was nice to have a break in a swing made by the joint forces of the villagers.


Nach der Aufführung war es schön eine Pause in der Schaukel zu machen, die mit vereinten Kräften der Dorfbewohner angefertigt wurde



 Anniina oli koululla vapaaehtoistyössä ja oli myös juhlassa mukana.
Anniina was in voluntary work at the school and also participated in the party.
Anniina hat ehrenamtlich an der Schule geholfen und hat auch an der Feier teilgenommen

 
Kisailua sokkopelissä. 
Käytetyistä savipoteista on paljon hyötyä ja iloa. Kun Gurd, puhvelinmaidosta tehty jugurtti on syöty, kelpaa astia sen jälkeen moneen muuhun käyttöön.
Tässä pikkuoppilas -tai oppilaan pikkuveli- yrittää osua kepillä narusta roikkuviin savipotteihin. Kannustus on kovaa;)

Playing blindfold.
Used clay pots are of much use and fun. After you have eaten Gurd, yoghurt made from buffalo milk, the dish can be used for many other purposes.
Here a small pupil – or the pupil's little brother – is trying to hit clay pots hanging from strings with a stick. Spurring is hard ;)
Blindekuh spielen.
Gebrauchte Tontöpfe sind vielseitig nutzbar und machen viel Spaß. Nachdem Gurd gegessen worden ist- eine Art Yoghurt, der aus Büffelmilch hergestellt wird, kann das Geschirr für viele andere Zwecke dienen. Hier versucht ein kleiner Schüler – oder der kleine Bruder des Schülers – mit einem Stock die Tontöpfe zu treffen, die an einem Seil hängen. Der Ansporn ist groß 😊


Kuka syö nopeimmin pullan ilman käsiä?
Who eats the bun fastest without hands?
Wer ist das Brötchen am schnellsten ohne Hände?



 Isommat oppilaat auttavat pienempiä. Niin kaikki uskaltavat yrittää.
Bigger pupils help the smaller ones. Thus, everybody dares to try.
Größere Schüler helfen den Kleineren. Also wagt es jeder es zu versuchen.

Koulun ikkunat on saatu jo lähes valmiiksi. The school windows are almost finished. Die Schulfenster sind fast fertig Tässä tehdään suunnitelmia ikkunoiden kuljettamiseksi 10 km:n päähän Rejjipuran koululle. Tämä puusepän verstas on todella jyrkän rinteen alla kapean hiekkatien mutkan takana, eikä sinne kovin iso auto edes pääse. Ikkunoiden karmit pitää rakentaa paikan päällä koululla ja sen jälkeen ikkunat voi asentaa paikalleen. Here, plans for transporting the windows to the distance of 10 km to Rejjipura school are made. This joiner's workshop is situated under a really steep slope behind a curve of a narrow gravel road, and a big lorry cannot even get there. Oppimiselle mahdollisuus Opportunity for Learning

Uuden keräysluvan turvin koulunkäynti on edelleen turvattu. Tilin muututtua yritystiliksi keräyslupa on jatkuva. Se vaatii kuitenkin meiltä vastuullisilta enemmän työtä ja myös tilinhoitokulut nousivat huomattavasti. Mielellään kuitenkin teemme tätä iloa ja oppimista tukevaa työtä ja haluamme taata koulutuksen mahdollisuuden ja kenties sen myötä paremman tulevaisuuden. After receiving the new collection licence, school operations continue to be secured. As the account changed into a company account, the collection licence will be continuous. However, it will demand more work from us responsible, and the account management costs also increased considerably. Nevertheless, we are pleased to do this work supporting joy and learning and we want to guarantee the opportunity for education and perhaps, along with it, a better future.

Silmälasikeräys on voimassa kaiken aikaa! Collection of eyeglasses is valid all the time!

  Olemme jälleen saaneet yksityisiltä sekä yhteistyökumppaneiltamme, mm. FennO- Optiikalta ja Jyväs-Optiikalta, runsaasti silmälaseja, joita on tällä hetkellä kasassa jo 450 kpl. Pakkailen niitä matkalaukkuun odottamaan seuraavaa matkaa; mielessä auringon lämpö  ja ihanat, iloiset ihmiset...antaahan se aavistuksen verran mukavaa tunnetta rintaan ja nostaa hyviä muistoja pintaan aiemmista matkoista silmälasilastien kanssa.   😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎🙋🌞🌞🌞   We have once again received plenty of glasses, amounting to 450 pcs at present, from private individuals and our cooperation partners, for example Fenno Optiikka and Jyväs-Optiikka. I am packing them to a suitcase to wait for the next trip; the warmth of the sun and lovely, happy people in my mind...it surely gives you a nice feeling inside, even slightly, and raises good memories of the earlier trips with loads of glasses.
